How It Works
Submit Your Order
Use the order form in the Partner Pricing section below to select your quantity and provide your contact details. Standard orders ship by the pallet (70 cases · 1,680 bottles). Custom label orders require a minimum of 70 cases.
Pay Your 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering to confirm your slot in our production schedule. The remaining balance is due when your order ships.
Artwork Approval (Custom Label Orders)
If you've requested a custom label, our design team will reach out to gather your artwork, branding, and event details. Label design typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Once artwork is approved, production begins and your first order ships within 8 to 10 weeks.
Production & Lead Time
Standard orders carry an 8 to 10 week lead time for first-time partners. Custom label orders add 1 to 2 weeks for design before production begins. We recommend planning ahead, especially for seasonal events and competitions.
Delivery & Reorders
Your order ships directly to your venue. Once you've experienced RIDE Water at your events, reorders are straightforward, and lead times typically shorten for established partners.
